Mix 1 Scoop (12g) with 200ml cold water and shake well. Pre-War should be taken 15-30 minutes before exercise. To assess your tolerance start with ½ a scoop as PreWar is extremely potent. Do not exceed more than 1 serving of PreWar per day. Do not take Pre-war later than 5pm.
